Mr. Rai is an accomplished attorney focusing on criminal defense and family law. He began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney, where he quickly rose through the ranks, serving as lead attorney for the Narcotics/Drug Unit and as the primary Deputy District Attorney for Shafter, Delano, and McFarland.

Mr. Rai has litigated thousands of cases, including DUIs, child custody, child support, and serious felonies ranging from narcotics sting operations to homicide. He is widely regarded for his commanding courtroom presence, sharp legal analysis, and results-driven advocacy.
